Professional-the experienced HR, you want to put your expertise, leadership and sense of partnership at the service of the Cantonal Bank of the Valais? You will play a key role in supporting the managers and collaborators on all operational and strategic HR issues. As a trusted partner, you bring your expertise, your influence and your vision to support organizational developments and team development.

Specifically?

• You support and advise the managers on all stages of the employees' life cycle: recruitment, integration, development, performance, mobility, management of sensitive situations, reorganizations and departures.
• With your HR expertise and analytical capacity, you contribute to the quality of managerial decisions and foster a high-performance and sustainable work environment.
• In collaboration with your Human Relations colleagues, you are actively involved in improving and evolving HR processes: compensation, talent management, training, succession, internal mobility, HR administration and indicator management.
• You contribute to strategic and cross-cutting HR projects, including as part of HR transformation and digitalization.
• You are involved in workforce and cost planning and contribute to aligning human resources with the company's objectives.
• You represent Human Relations with various internal and external stakeholders and ensure clear, constructive and impactive HR communication.

This job is for you if...

• You benefit from a higher education (Bachelor, Master's or Federal HR Patent) and a confirmed experience of at least 7 years as HR Business Partner, ideally within a significant organization.
• You have excellent knowledge of HR practices and a solid knowledge of Swiss labour law.
• Recognized for your natural leadership, yourScare and your ability to build trust relationships, you are a credible and valued partner of the 2012–13.
• You can influence, convince and support stakeholders in their decision-making while exercising diplomacy and pragmatism.
• You are comfortable managing complex or sensitive situations and have excellent judgment and discretion.
• With strong relational intelligence, you adapt your approach to a variety of people and evolve easily in a demanding environment.
• You combine strategic vision with operational sense and are able to conduct several projects in parallel.
• Your mastery of French is complemented by good knowledge of German.
• You are comfortable with HR systems (A batus in particular) and technologies related to artificial intelligence.
