• You lead and develop the Sales & Digital Customer Experience department and guide a team of ten employees
• You are a member of the Marketing Management Team and actively shape the business and business strategy
Key requirements
- Du bringst eine höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing & Vertrieb, Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Tourismus mit
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition im Vertrieb
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse der öV Vertriebslandschaft mit
- Du bist stark kunden- und serviceorientiert und entwickelst zukunftsgerichtete, innovative Vertriebskonzepte
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis digitaler Systeme und hast Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte
- Du bist eine führungsstarke, unternehmerisch handelnde Persönlichkeit und denkst prozessorientiert, vernetzt und ganzheitlich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch ist von Vorteil
