As Head:in Product & Prize, you will play a key role in marketing & sales: you will design products, prices and earnings strategies for the mobility and Gornergrat business segments and make a key contribution to the economic development of our offers. - You lead and develop the product & price department and guide a team of four employees - You are a member of the Marketing Management Team and actively shape the business and business strategy - You are responsible for the income and price strategy of the Mobility and Gornergrat Bahn divisions - You are responsible for the results for budget and business plan incl. Forecasting, reporting and control - You define tariffs, prices, tariff measures and promotions and conduct competition analyses and simulations - You develop products and offers in line with the company's goals – also together with external partners - You secure a consistent customer journey according to the brand's guidelines and are responsible for quality management and market research - You are responsible for the income planning of the deferred persons in regional passenger transport and the car delivery - You will first evaluate and analyze frequencies, passenger kilometers, etc. from the HOP and the revenue transfer between the savings and third parties - You care and develop the partner network and represent the interests of the company towards external stakeholders - You guide and/or accompany projects, working groups and interdisciplinary teams in the area of mobility and tourism - For a clear, simple and harmonious internal and external communication

Your profile - You bring a higher education or training in marketing & sales, business and/or tourism - You have proven leadership experience and aspires entrepreneurial and strategic - You have a pronounced number flair and experience in financial controlling and income management - You are compelling to bring industry knowledge in the öV and tourism, ideally also in collective bargaining - You think market- and target-oriented, networked and trade independently - You are a powerful, communication-strong network personality - You have very good German and English skills, French is of advantage
