Identify, evaluate and implement innovation potential within the Military Police Command and at interfaces with partner organisations Develop and establish innovative approaches and future concepts together with internal partners as well as national and international security actors Design and control innovation projects in the areas of digitalization, artificial intelligence, cyber security, data analysis, smart policing, drone and sensor systems as well as modern operational support Analyze, test and benchmark new technologies, methods and organisational models – especially in comparison with civilian police corps, international security agencies, armed forces and research institutions Advise, accompany and empower employees and managers in the introduction of innovative processes, digital solutions and agile working methods Promote a sustainable innovation culture, actively take up employee suggestions for improvement and further develop the military police as a learning and future-oriented organization
- University degree (Master) with relevant professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of military and police command, operations and security processes at national and international level
- Experience in dealing with security-relevant technologies, digital platforms, data management, cyber issues or cross-organisational transformation
- Experience in innovation management, project management, strategy development, change management and interdisciplinary cooperation
- Analytical, conceptual and communication skills with high implementation strength
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and ideally passive knowledge of a third official language
