Your field of activity

• Co-design and further development of tourist products and experiences offered by the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, the Furka car transport company and the Gornergrat Bahn
• Collaboration in pilot projects from the first idea to implementation and evaluation
• Analysis of market, customer and business data to identify opportunities and optimization potential
• Evaluation of customer feedback and support in the further development of the guest experience
• Cooperation with internal departments and external partners in the implementation of offers, events and projects
• Creation of presentations, reporting and decision-making basis for management and project teams
• Insights into product strategy, offering design, pricing and distribution in tourism
• Support of the product management team in varied daily business

Your profile

• Ongoing or recently completed university degree (bachelor or master) in tourism, marketing, business administration or comparable field of study
• Enthusiasm for tourism, mobility, leisure and customer experience development
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with market, customer and business data
• High level of initiative, independent working methods and willingness to take on responsibility
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Communicative, open personality with pleasure in working with different stakeholders
• Customer-oriented thinking and feeling for attractive offers and experiences
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, further language skills (English and/or French) are advantageous
