Mission Your future playground You will join the Martigny store, opened in 2023 , made up of a team of 15 collaborators. Located in a shopping centre, the shop is about ten minutes from the biggest ski and bike park in Valais! Your Running / Fitness / Sports Collectives perimeter is at the heart of our local strategy. The team is composed of 4 enthusiasts and realizes a total CA of 2,000,000 CHF. And now, let's do this: Are you looking for an intense challenge for the next few months when no day looks alike? Your efficiency can be seen directly on the satisfaction of your customers. What You Will Do Every Day: Your Missions
• Advice and omnichannel sale: You welcome your clients as guests. You advise them, you conclude sales (in physics or through our digital tools), you offer our loyalty program and you manage the cash flow.
• Commercial dynamics: You implant the products according to the logics of implantation, you manage the "facing" so that your radius is always impeccable, and you highlight the novelties and essentials of the moment.
• Availability and logistics: Put your hand to the dough! From receipt of the delivery to dispatch, you guarantee the accuracy of your stocks and the rapid availability of your products. You're also preparing web orders.
• Circular economy and services: You are an ambassador of our new models: you manage the purchase of used equipment and you push our rental solutions to extend the life of our products. What this mission will bring you (the little plus):

• Salary and bonuses: You are offered a fixed salary between [INDICATE the validated range for your budget - grid between CHF 4,100 and CHF 5,000] gross per month depending on your years of sales experience. To this is added a monthly bonus (up to 10% of your gross salary) directly linked to the store's collective perfs from the 4th month of contract.
