• Carrying out orders for goods
• Identify and plan daily work
• Driving and managing the Central Kitchen
• Personnel management
• Ensuring the smooth running of production
• Respect and enforce processes and procedures
• Monitoring compliance with recipes, data sheets, HACCP, DLC, production standards
• Organize and participate in inventory taking
• Product development
• Management and monitoring of administrative tasks
• Monitoring and analysis of financial results

Requirements

• Experience of a few years: in the production of foodstuffs in large volumes
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Cook CFC or equivalent training
• Reliable and autonomous
• Natural Leadership
• Stress resistant and well organized
• Demonstrate empathy and openness
• Flexible, proactive and versatile
• Careful and conscientious person
• Knowing how to work as a team
• Federal chef's certificate, an asset
• Several years of experience driving a kitchen brigade
• Mastery of common IT tools (M365), SAP, an asset
• Basic German knowledge, would be appreciated
• French (Very good knowledge)
• German (Basic terms)
