Tasks

• Professional expertise: As an experienced insurance consultant with a focus on the pension and financial business, you know the industry and its products. You advise our clients on pension planning, accompany and empower our customer advisors: inside, give training and are the first point of contact for questions regarding pension provision
• Market Analysis: You conduct market analysis and develop market development strategies to identify and exploit potential and opportunities in the area of prevention and finance
• Development of pension and finance: You are involved from the very beginning and are significantly involved in building and shaping the area around insurance solutions in pensions and assets. Planning marketing measures, implementation and controlling remain your responsibility
• Building customer relationships: You establish contacts with companies, build long-term relationships and continuously develop your customer portfolio
• Teamwork: As a member of our expert community, you make a significant contribution to the professional and sales development of the topics at Helvetia

Requirements
