• Damage assessment: Self-employed calculation of vehicle damage and detailed expert reports.
• Video expertise: Real-time video expertise and precise repair calculations.
• Appreciations: performance of assessments for young and old cars, as well as assessment of caravans and campers.
• Vehicle residue: sale and administrative handling of vehicle remains.
• Chômage claims: calculation and handling of loss of value and use of non-recovery claims.
• Audit: inspection and clearance of repair invoices.
• Negotiations: Direct exchange with customers, injured and repair companies.
• Hail-Drive-in: Active participation in hail-drive-in-Events.
• Area management: Self-employed management of your assigned area Requirements:
• Technical training: Completed basic training as an automotive mechatronics engineer:in, passenger car, commercial vehicle or agricultural machine mechanic:in or Carros SERVAGEPILLER:in.
• Further training: automotive diagnostician:in, carrosserie workshop manager:in with an eidg. specialist pass (specialization spenglerie) or company manager:in Carrosserie.
• Professional experience: experience in vehicle damage assessment is a plus.
• Customer orientation: experience in dealing with customers, ideally as customer service advisor:in or workshop manager:in.
• Organization: Very good computer skills and the ability to organize independently.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: self-responsible action and economic thinking.
