Requirements

• Experience confirmed in adult education: in the field concerned or in a comparable function
• Initial or continuing training completed: Yoga degree with specificity Yin-Yoga
• Careful and warm attitude towards clients
• Independent, flexible and reliable personality
• Transfer of knowledge in a diversified, targeted and participant-oriented manner while generating enthusiasm
• Pleasure teaching an adult audience in small and medium sized groups
• ESFA certificate trainer or equivalent
• French (Good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Specialized interview with presentation of the file: Specific expertise is assessed using a dossier or other assessment instruments. At the end of the treatment, the result is presented to the manager before being discussed together. The team is usually represented during the presentation. As a general rule, interviews are conducted by the superior, without HR representative. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• Offer and contract preparation (digital): The main points of the contract are checked again after our verbal job offer. The establishment of the contract is then launched by mutual agreement before being sent by e-mail for digital signature. Return time: up to 1 week
