As an EMR technician (electrical, measuring and control technology) at Lonza AG, you are responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance and maintenance activities at our production plant Vibe-X.

Key requirements

  • Completed training as an electrician, mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer for automation technology or comparable qualification
  • Alternatively: Completion of a technical school (HF) or Bachelor (FH) in the field of electrical, automation or system engineering
  • professional experience in electrical or automation engineering in an industrial environment;
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical sector is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of electrical engineering and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
  • Experience with PLC systems (e.g.
  • Siemens Simatic) and process control systems (PLS Emerson DeltaV)
  • Safe handling of technical drawings and schematics
