- Visitor and access management including bathroom management
- Coordination of visitor receptions and internal contact persons
- Reservation and organisation of training and meeting rooms
- Processing of mail and administrative tasks
- Support in the day-to-day operations of the customer centre
- Further administrative activities in the area of facility management Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship, readiness for continuous training
- Professional experience in administration and/or reception or Hotel industry
- High service mentality and willingness to provide services
