• 80-100% Do you have commercial training and can combine technical accuracy with interpersonal flexibility to optimize the processing of credit dossiers? Become part of the credit back office team, which supports the internal management of loans granted to customers. As a credit back office clerk, you will use your analysis and control skills and at the same time ensure smooth coordination with the various WKB departments. Your astute approach to reviewing dossiers allows you to improve the overall servicing of loan dossiers. What does that mean specifically?
• Your responsibilities include processing, controlling and managing loan applications for private and corporate customers.
• You actively contribute to the proper management of customer dossiers (in terms of deadlines, quality and compliance with regulations) through flawless data processing and take the appropriate measures in the event of potential or actual risks.
• You participate in the tasks of the internal control system (ICS) and contribute to compliance with the credit policy.

• You have commercial training (EFZ, Matura or equivalent) and have several years of relevant experience in the back office area for bank loans.
• You have a strong sense of maintaining priorities and deadlines.
• You not only have excellent knowledge of French, but also good oral and written knowledge of German
• Bilingualism would be a big plus.
• You are proficient in using IT tools and have good analytical skills.
• Your high social skills are complemented by your positive attitude.
