A scientific collaborator (80-100%) with the Vocational Training Service, Section "Professional Training Support Unit" in Sion

• Training of apprentices and young people in difficulties of all kinds in collaboration with all the partners concerned

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the specialized individual supervision for apprentices and for the follow-up of the vocational training management box You are the link between all partners in the vocational training of young people in difficulty and ensure their collaboration and coordination You work closely with Transition 1 (T1) and interinstitutional collaboration You are responsible for the administrative, organisational and financial tasks involved. You participate in the various cantonal and inter-cantonal commissions and working groups

Your profile

• Tertiary level training (patent, diploma, higher education or HES) in the fields of vocational training or social pedagogy, or training deemed equivalent Experience in the world of work Experience demonstrated in the accompaniment and supervision of young people, mainly in vocational training Good knowledge of the economic fabric and labour market in Valais Knowledge of institutions that can help young people Mastering computer tools in relation to the function Ability to work in teams and attitude to create synergies Experience and ease in communication and stress management
• Flexibility, rigor, discretion, sense of organization and responsibility
• Knowledge of the institutional fabric of the T1 landscape would be an asset German mother tongue with very good knowledge of the second official language
