An administrative staff member or an administrative staff member (80-100%) with the Social Action Service, Asylum Office, in the area of education and language training in Vétroz The Social Action Service consists of the Social Welfare Coordination Office, the Disability Coordination Office and the Asylum Office.

Your tasks

• You prepare the documents necessary to follow up on mandates, conventions and agreements You prepare and maintain all the documents relevant to the administration of courses You ensure the link with external partners You perform monthly statistics You monitor attendance counts, enter data and draw up benefit statements for external partners You write internal communications

Your profile

• SWC business employee, professional maturity economy or training deemed equivalent Experience confirmed in an administrative function Experience with common IT tools and communication tools Dynamic, conscientious
• A sense of responsibility, communication and organization Very good ability to manage stress French mother tongue Knowledge of other languages would be an asset Entry into office – Special conditions Entry into office: immediately or to be agreed Fixed-term appointment: the duration is linked to variations in the number of persons that the canton is required to accommodate under the Federal Asylum Act
