A specialist collaborator or a specialist German-speaking or bilingual French/German collaborator (100% – Jobsharing 50%-50% possible) at the Office of Sanctions and Accompanying Measures (OSAMA) of the Service de l'application des censures et mesures (SAPEM), in Sion

Your tasks

• You execute court decisions and determine how to enforce criminal sanctions You implement custodial sentences and measures You assume the application of semi-detention, work of general interest and electronic surveillance You are conducting interviews with those carrying out sanctions You cover the monetary penalties You coordinate the implementation of the ambulatory accompanying measures You execute the criminal confiscations You keep the criminal record. You ensure the processing of invoices for the costs of enforcing sanctions You compile statistics on the enforcement of sanctions

Your profile

• SWC businessman, graduate of a business college, professional maturity or training deemed equivalent Knowledge or interest in the law of sanctions Mastering common computer software (Word, Excel, SAP would be an asset) Knowledge of the desired cantonal administration Meaning of responsibility and organization Ability to set priorities Autonomy, rigor, efficiency and team spirit Ability to manage administrative projects Ability to conduct interviews with difficult personalities Sense of discretion Professional experience in the judicial or corrections fields would be an asset Mastery of German for the 100% position and the 50% German-speaking position and mastery of French for the 50% French-speaking position with excellent knowledge of the second official language
