One or one head of household for unaccompanied minor refugee candidates (100%) at the Social Action Service, Asylum Office, Unaccompanied Minor Refugee Candidate Home "Le Rados-Aproz" in Aproz Postulation online: www.vs.ch/jobs The Social Action Service consists of the Social Benefits Coordination Office, the Disability Affairs Coordination Office and the Asylum Office.

Your tasks

• You supervise the social, administrative and financial monitoring of young minors in the asylum field placed in the home You assume responsibility for the administrative and financial management of the home You decide, within the framework of your competence, the current expenses of the home You monitor the application of the legal and administrative provisions relating to the standards and modalities of assistance You participate in the health network set up for the care of the beneficiaries You are responsible for the management of staff You set the guidelines and write the internal information You have the responsibility to follow socio-professional integration projects You plan and organize in-house seminars You manage all the infrastructures of the site as well as the various interdisciplinary teams You are responsible for respecting the order, hygiene and cleanliness of the site

Your profile

• ES/HES educator diploma or equivalent Training desired Training in management or team management Experience confirmed in a similar position, ideally in team management Good knowledge of the asylum field, especially in the supervision of unaccompanied minors Very good communication and negotiation skills, as well as a pronounced ability to work independently and as a team Sensitisation of responsibilities, organisation and good analytical capacity in complex situations French mother tongue; knowledge of other languages would be an asset

Entry into office

Entry into office: immediately or to be agreed Fixed-term commitment: the duration is linked to variations in the number of persons that the canton is obliged to accept under the Federal Asylum Act
