An employee (100%) with the Prosecution Office of the districts of Monthey and St-Maurice The Office of Prosecutions of Monthey and St-Maurice is one of the canton's five prosecution offices. Its task is to carry out the proceedings under the provisions of the Federal Debt Prosecution and Bankruptcy Act (LP), from the introduction to the distribution of dividends and the issuance of default certificates.

Your tasks

• You are the head of the Prosecution Office of the districts of Monthey and St-Maurice
• You assume the responsibilities of administrative and financial management and the conduct of the staff of the Office You conduct procedures for the forced collection of receivables, i.e. the processing of transactions related to payment orders, seizures, inventory takings and receivers You also deal with real estate and real estate creation operations You are responsible for the performance of all duties assigned to the employee by the Federal Debt Prosecution and Bankruptcy Act

Your profile

• Holder of a master's degree in law or economics, a federal certificate as a specialist in debt prosecution and bankruptcy or an equivalent training Experience confirmed in the field of prosecution Demonstrated skills and experience in the management of a team Leadership spirit Meaning of analysis, synthesis, communication and organization Ability to manage conflict situations and stress resistance Excellent editorial abilities Very good computer literacy French mother tongue, with very good oral knowledge of the second official language
