• You will take care of all incoming mail (letters, parcels, faxes) and ensure that they are properly scanned before internal distribution.
• You will be one of the respondents for the archiving software, both in the workflow management, as well as for the maintenance of the device, internal training or the quality control of archiving.
• You will collaborate in reprography and mailing activities to support the perfect distribution of our external communications.
• For economic activities, you will actively contribute to the management of equipment and consumables (purchase, storage, distribution and recycling).
