Dringend gesucht Logopädin für Sprachheilbasisstufe — KSML — Kantonaler Stellenmarkt für Lehrerinnen und Lehrer (Kanton Bern)

Full description

Portrait The Natural School is a private school with an integrated special elementary school. It is located in Unterbach in the Bernese Oberland between Meiringen and Brienz. The children are taught in mixed-age groups and picked up wherever they are. Gardens, forests and farms enrich our extensive range of lessons. Sustainability and ecology are important to us. We support our children with interdisciplinary projects, weekly plans, free work phases, lessons in small groups and much more. We have been running two classes at the special elementary school since summer 2023. A speech therapy school has been affiliated with the Natural School since summer 2025.

Tasks

Your tasks include individual and group lessons (small groups), clarifications and controls, advice, cooperation (with parents, teachers, specialist departments) to promote the children holistically. You work as a speech therapist in your own premises and accompany the children at the basic speech therapy level sensitively and individually.

Requirements

We look forward to meeting you, an authentic, warm personality who supports the children with speech therapy with enthusiasm and commitment and enjoys working together as a team. You have a pioneering spirit and are interested in helping to set up a speech therapy school. You have creative freedom and therefore play a key role in designing your own workplace. You provide speech therapy to children at the basic level of speech therapy. The children are supported individually in order to develop their language skills and to help them develop their communicative skills. You understand language as a gateway to the world and know what influence linguistic development has on a person's future life. We would like a colleague with a recognized qualification in speech therapy or in training. The minimum requirement is a trained teacher with experience in speech therapy. You are part of a school team with joint meetings, further training, etc. You work in close collaboration with the class teacher/specialist teacher at the speech therapy school.
