Mission
- Putting your know-how at the service of the Do-it sector, especially in carpentry, painting, masonry, tile and construction
- Professionally advise customers, contribute to the attractiveness of the store and guarantee an irreproachable presentation of the goods in accordance with our internal concepts
- Ensure the management of the assortment, from the order of the products to their dispatch
- Processing requests, claims and after-sales service
- Support other areas of the store as required
Qualifications
- You show a keen interest in sales and place customer satisfaction at the centre of your priorities thanks to your sense of hospitality, advice, as well as your rigour and accuracy
- You are ideally at the benefit of a SWC of retail manager or recognized training in wood or sales, as well as several years of experience in a similar function

- You know how to take initiatives, demonstrate organization, have a sense of responsibility and appreciate teamwork

Requirements
- Vous manifestez un vif intérêt pour la vente et placez la satisfaction de la clientèle au centre de vos priorités grâce à votre sens de l'accueil, du conseil, ainsi qu'à votre rigueur et votre précision
