Main responsibilities

- Mitverantwortung für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Steuerung der Strategie im Bereich Pflege & MTT sowie Mitwirkung an der strategischen Ausrichtung HVS
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Berichterstattung (Budget, Jahresrechnung, Jahresbericht) sowie Mitwirkung an der Gesundheitsplanung und dem Leistungsvertrag
- Verantwortung für das Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement, einschliesslich interner Kontrollsysteme sowie Förderung von Patientensicherheit und Pflegequalität Profil:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) Pflege oder äquivalent, Master in Pflegewissenschaften, PhD und/oder Management Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
- mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im ambulanten oder stationären Bereich sowie ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeorganisationen
- fundierte Kenntnisse im kantonalen und nationalen Gesundheitsumfeld
- ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Veränderungen erfolgreich zu gestalten und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit zu fördern
- gute schriftliche und mündliche Französischkenntnisse Offre:
