- Contribution to the nursing forum, implementation and development of guidelines and nursing standards Requirements
- Work experience on a surgical ward and experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland are advantageous, but not mandatory

- Ability to transfer scientific knowledge into practice and ensure its implementation in the long term
