You will support the management in all areas and actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our services.

• Professional and economic support for the ambulatory management and MPA team
• Efficient and patient-oriented organization of processes
• Planning of operations in close cooperation with treating physicians
• Cooperative collaboration in the interdisciplinary team consisting of MPA, physicians, and other professionals
• Assistance in outpatient clinics, specialized consultations, and preoperative examinations
• Blood sampling
• Laser therapies
• Co-design of internal processes and optimization of patient care We offer you:

• Completed diploma as a medical practice assistant
• Leadership experience and/or further training in the field of management or leadership, an advantage
