Rotary cooks or cooks (100%) at the Social Action Service, Asylum Office, Lower Valais or Central Valais Catering Unit The Social Action Service consists of the Social Services Coordination Office, the Disability Affairs Coordination Office and the Asylum Office.

Your tasks

• You manage the production of your post and the distribution of quality meals of a public institution with the participation of people in training You work at different sites in the region according to established planning, under the direction of the kitchen workshop manager of the site on which you are assigned You participate in the supervision, evaluation and follow-up of people in the field placed in evaluation and training program You are aware of the standards "Green range" and "Cooking our region" You plan the work of your group You participate in the professional integration of people in your group
• Participate in the renewal of the culinary offer You monitor and ensure the correct application of occupational health and safety standards (Haccp standards)
• You actively collaborate with your direct hierarchy, depending on the site of affection
• You make schedules according to planning, including weekends and holidays

Your profile

• Cook's SWC or training deemed equivalent Proficiency in teaching and training Editorial facility A sense of responsibility, communication and organization Easy to evolve in a multicultural environment Very good ability to manage stress Mastering common computer tools French mother tongue Knowledge of other languages would be an asset High flexibility and mobility between sites Essential driving permits Entry into service – Special conditions Entry into office: immediately or to be agreed Fixed-term commitment: the duration is linked to variations in the number of persons that the canton is obliged to accept under the Federal Asylum Act
