Mission Your future playground You will join the Martigny store, opened in 2023 , made up of a team of 15 collaborators. Located in a shopping centre, the shop is about ten minutes from the biggest ski and bike park in Valais! Your perimeter Cycle / Workshop / Rental is at the heart of our local strategy. • Advice and omnichannel sale: You welcome your customers as guests. You advise them, you conclude sales (in physics or through our digital tools), you propose our loyalty program and you manage the cash flow.
• Commercial Dynamism / Merchandising: You install the products according to the seasons and logical implementation, you manage the "facing" so that your radius is always impeccable, and you highlight the best sales and new products of the season.
• Availability and logistics: Put your hand to the dough! From receipt of the delivery to dispatch, you guarantee the accuracy of your stocks and the rapid availability of your products. You're also preparing web orders.
• Circular economy and services: You are an ambassador of our new models: you manage the purchase of used equipment and you push our rental solutions to extend the life of our products.
• Specific missions: Depending on your desires and development, you will be able to take reference missions on a specific topic, become a trainer for your colleagues, or even attend the shop's permanence. This job isn't for you if...

• You have perfect command of French. Proficiency in English/German is a plus. What we offer:
• A flexible and secure hourly contract: As its name indicates, you are paid on time. In other words, the more you work, the higher your salary! To bring you security, we guarantee you no matter what happens a minimum per month (rate agreed in the contract and which varies between 20% and 50%). During peaks of activity, we can offer you extra hours. Don't panic about your organization: we will always warn you at least 48 hours in advance, and it will only be done if your availability allows you!
• Hourly wage: The salary is CHF 2 5 gross per hour. In addition to this are allowances for holidays, holidays and the 13th (if you are on CDI hourly contract). Every 15 of the month, you will be paid according to the hours worked the previous month (between the 16th of the previous month and the 15th of the current month).
• Shareholding: Once a year, you can become a shareholder of the company. This is an excellent investment since the value of the share has never been negative since the creation of Decathlon 50 years ago! (CDI only)
