As an independent company, Zermatt Support AG takes over the finance and accounting for companies such as Zermatt Bergbahnen AG, Zermatt Hospitality Group AG and other service companies in the Upper Valais.

To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated person as of October 1, 2026 or by appointment who can look past the dry job title of “payroll specialist” and who can handle everyday life with humor despite complex cases as a payroll accounting clerk

Tasks

• Responsible for ensuring that all employees receive their earned wages on time; including mutating master and wage data
• Processing of daily allowance cases (registration, processing and control of insurance benefits in the event of illness, accident, maternity and paternity)
• Declaration of all social insurances
• Contact point for employees for wage and social security questions

What we expect

• Basic commercial training with further training in the area of accounting as well as further training in HR and social insurance
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of wage and social insurance
• Sound knowledge of common MS Office standard software
• Experience with accounting software ABACUS and Mirus
• Systematic, independent and conscientious way of working, enjoy working with numbers, ability to cooperate and work in a team
• Numbers flair, conscientious and trustworthy
• Knowledge of English/French/Italian (orally and with hands) Basic commercial training (accounting direction)

• Does not grant the employee his wages
• Loudly communicate the management's pay during the aperitif
