• Telephone exchange operation
• Contact person at the reception for customers, suppliers and employees
• Creditor and debtor accounting support
• Support in the management of project data & address management
• Various administrative tasks and support of departments

Your profile

• Basic commercial training
• Enjoy independent, efficient and structured work
• Communicative, positive and team-oriented personality with stylish knowledge of German in words and writing, knowledge of French is advantageous
• Pronounced numerical flair and basic knowledge in accounting are advantageous
• Very good MS-Office knowledge, experience with Abacus is beneficial
