- In a unit that welcomes elderly patients directly from emergencies, in orthogeriatry and in geriatric multi-purpose rehabilitation, you contribute to the development of an integrated geriatric approach and support, together with the medical-care teams, a care centered on the quality of care, the maintenance of autonomy and the individual needs of elderly patients. In this context, you will be led to:
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary dynamics and initiatives to continuously improve quality of care or participate in a rich interdisciplinary dynamic, focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
