We are looking for a trainee (80 – 100%) 18 months. 3 companies. 1 region that you help shape. Start: Fall 2026 | Duration: 18 months | Assignments: 6 months at Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn | 6 months at Lonza AG | 6 months at another company e.g. RWO (Regional and Economic Center Upper Valais) You don't want just any career entry - but one that takes you further, connects you and moves you? • Over 18 months you will get to know three exciting organizations - and get involved in key future issues
• You take on tasks and work on real projects in the areas of corporate development, HR, education & training, strategy & digitalization
• You participate in projects, design workshops and can take on responsibility
• You develop creative approaches and new ideas in topics such as innovation, sustainability and corporate culture. Your possible final project will have a concrete impact on the Upper Valais

This is what you bring with you

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field
• You are enthusiastic about project work, new ideas and interdisciplinary collaboration
• You work independently, in a structured manner and can win others over to your ideas
• You have organizational and communication talent and ideally have already gained initial experience in project management
