- To administer the contracts, you enter, modify, terminate or cancel an enterprise contract (social reason, contractual conditions, billing properties, salary and premium, amendment, proposed modification, etc...) By following up on the financial situation of the business clients, you manage payment arrangements, repayments bank, account extracts, reminders, summons and prosecutions, and make threats of termination Thanks to data management, you guarantee their accuracy for contacts (partners), addresses and accounts, clauses, contracts and warrants With the processing of the invoicing, you realize the down payment, the final invoicing and the taxation of office Because customers and brokers ask for information, you answer by phone, email or via the enterprise customer area By processing requests, you analyze business actions, manage insurance requests by agreement, capture specific contract information (Business Client Area, DecOnline, Swissdec), establish cover certificates and support contract managers in their daily tasks
