Role overview

- Several years of professional experience and good knowledge in the area of operation, maintenance and upkeep of systems, buildings and objects, as well as in outdoor areas with green spaces

Key requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, caretaker with Federal FA or a completed basic craft or technical training
- Several years of professional experience and good knowledge in the area of operation, maintenance and upkeep of systems, buildings and objects, as well as in outdoor areas with green spaces
- Driving license category B, driving license category BE and forklift truck test an advantage
- Flexible personality with a conscientious and independent way of working as well as the willingness to carry out on-call operations and interventions outside of working hours MS Office and SAP user knowledge
