Main responsibilities
- You manage a portfolio of buildings, ideally for commercial and/or mixed use
- You follow up on tenants, leases, rents, as well as cancellations, site records and repos.
- You participate in the technical monitoring and routine maintenance of buildings
- You coordinate external providers and ensure the link with tenants and users during interventions
- You contribute to the marketing of vacant surfaces
- You identify the problems, propose concrete solutions and ensure rigorous monitoring of the actions carried out
- You organize priorities and manage your activities in a self-directed and results-oriented way Required
- Several years of experience in real estate management, ideally in commercial and/or mixed real estate: Solid experience in following up tenants, leases, rents, maintenance work and coordination of providers
- Federal patent: BF for building manager or equivalent training
- German (Very good knowledge): French or German mother tongue with very good knowledge of the second national language (minimum B2 level)
