Your Role

• Ensure the maintenance and closing of accounts and the recording of daily, monthly and annual accounts.
• Ensure the reliability of monthly and annual financial accounts and financial reports within the Group's deadlines.
• Ensure the accounting follow-up of investment projects, from their budgeting to their implementation.
• Prepare tax returns and monitor the provisions in collaboration with the various departments.
• Develop and monitor the forecast cash flow plan and analyse the variations.
• Participate in the improvement and optimization of accounting processes and procedures.
• Be the preferred contact point for the account managers and coordinate the preparation of audits.
• Collaborate with the Your Profile Group's Finance & Accounting teams:
• Advanced accounting training, ideally supplemented by a Federal Patent of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent title.
• Minimum 5 years d, experience in industrial accounting.
• Essential mastery of SAP and very good knowledge of Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including Swiss GAAP.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work in English or German, but mastered by one of the 2 essential languages
• Rigorous, autonomous and organized personality, with an excellent sense of detail.
• Ability to manage priorities, several activities simultaneously and to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
