Your responsibilities

• Independently operating the parts of the production facility with which they are familiar in accordance with specification documents (batch records/ operating instructions / work instructions / SOP)
• Performing work safely and correctly while complying with safety regulations and taking into account cGMP quality requirements
• Responsibility for cleanliness and orderliness at the workplace as well as in the assigned rooms and storage areas
• Carrying out monitoring, maintenance, and cleaning work, as well as reporting and rectifying defects and malfunctions in the facility, including their documentation
• Every employee is involved in continuous improvement processes as an equal team member through his / her active assistance

What we are looking for

• Completed vocational training is required
• Chemical or pharmaceutical technology training as well as GMP and / or BICO training is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking, writing and comprehension
• Accurate work and documentation practices
• Carrying out work with a high level of safety and quality awareness
• Willingness to work shifts ( 4-shift operation) with flexibility in work scheduling
