- Proven capability to translate business requirements into automation specifications (e.g., process maps, summaries, visualizations), distinguish root causes from symptoms, and (as a plus) apply Agile/Lean methodologies and project management skills.

- 2+ years’ experience in Automation or
- Software Development projects (must), with experience in Global Business Services or regional/global projects considered a plus.
- System-related skills include experience with SAP S/4HANA (plus) and familiarity with the UiPath platform (e.g., Task Capture, Document Understanding, and Action Center) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline (plus), with additional Lean Six Sigma experience/certifications and Business Process Modeling certifications also considered a plus.
