What you'll do every day

• You design IKEA atmospheres according to certain rules while skillfully applying your knowledge in the field of layout and products.
• You like going beyond the expectations of our customers and discovering their personal tastes.
• You ensure that the products are well developed and thus facilitate the decision to purchase.
• You simplify the purchasing process by means of appropriate communication measures so that our customers systematically and intuitively travel through the store.

Where others see furnishings, we see clever solutions to improve daily life. With a lot of passion, imagination and brainstorming, we transform colours, textiles and furniture into inspiring atmospheres that enthralle, attract and convince visitors to IKEA stores that they can reproduce the same in their home.

Additional information

The cover letter is not mandatory for us. Pre-selected candidates will be invited to spend an afternoon in an IKEA shop to get to know and discover practical learning. It helps us, you and us, to see if we're meant to work together.

*The discovery day at IKEA Riddes will take place on October 02, 2026 from 09:00 to 15:45 at the store.
