Your Mission

Within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you alternate between several activities that make your work rich and stimulating:

• Welcome, prepare and accompany patients throughout their care.
• Directly assist physicians during endoscopic examinations.
• Participate in the reprocessing and control of endoscopes according to quality standards.
• Managing the administrative activities of the service in relation to the patient file: telephone reception, planning, summons, and and medical documentation, using innovative digital tools, including artificial intelligence dictation assistance.
• Work closely with the clinic's nurses, doctors and teams to provide a quality patient experience.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of service operation

The profile we're looking for

• Diploma or SWC of medical assistant or training deemed equivalent.
• An experience in endoscopy is an asset, but we also welcome motivated candidates wishing to train in this specialty.
• Excellent relational qualities and sense of welcome.
• Experience with IT tools and administrative tasks.
• Team spirit, autonomy, organizational sense and ability to manage priorities.
• Rigor, versatility and desire to invest in a constantly evolving service
