The main mission of the Suva Clinics is the rehabilitation of injured persons. In addition to the traditional disciplines of neurological rehabilitation and the musculoskeletal system, our two clinics in Sion (RRC ) and Bellikon ( RKB ) offer specific benefits for the rehabilitation of patients burned, technical orthopaedics and vocational rehabilitation, early rehabilitation, para/tetraplegia patients. Main missions

• Collaboration with the Suva Integrated Management System (IMS) transformation project at both sites, for example:
• Implementation of an application for IMS documentation
• Process modelling and document migration
• Training of employees
• Administrative management:
• Document management
• Monitoring and documentation of improvement measures and interclinical corrective actions.
• Organization of satisfaction assessments (patients, senders) as well as internal and external audits
• Assistance with risk controls under the ERM system
• Statistical management and analysis
• Support for the development and implementation of quality concepts and continuous improvement measures with the specialized sectors (e.g. quality agreement according to Art. 58a LAMal )
• Support for the implementation and monitoring of internal and external quality requirements and standards (e.g. ANQ, Hplus )
• Participation in various projects (e.g. Lean Management, Registration Management ) Our expectations
• Basic training in business administration and/or a health profession
• Further training in quality management in the health sector, quality and process manager, etc.
• Experience in quality management, ideally in the health sector
• Experience in Project Management, Lean Management and Document Management
• Collaborative spirit and ability to network with multidisciplinary interlocutors.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, adapted to the different interlocutors
• Ability to impose
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products and applications and integrated management systems (IMS)
