Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Verbier boutique on a permanent basis.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine premium client experience, commercial performance and strong day-to-day support for the boutique team.
While Verbier will be your home boutique, the role also includes regular mobility across our Swiss boutiques when needed to support replacements, reinforcement and business continuity.

- Must-have Solid experience in premium or luxury retail, with strong client-facing and commercial responsibilities.
- Previous experience supervising, coaching or supporting a retail team.
Main responsibilities

- Strong understanding of clienteling, sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Confidence to take ownership, make decisions and support the Store Manager in the daily leadership of the boutique.
- A hands-on mindset: you are as comfortable selling to clients as you are supporting operations and the team.
- French and English is required.
- Flexibility to travel regularly between Fusalp boutiques in Switzerland according to operational needs.
- Nice-to-have German, Italian or any additional language relevant to our international clientele.
- Experience in luxury fashion, ski, outdoor or performance apparel.
- Previous Assistant Store Manager or senior supervisory experience in a luxury House.
