• Lead, coach and develop your team's collaborators.
• Ensure high quality advice and a successful market approach, while continuously strengthening the team's skills.
• Representing the bank on the market and with the public in the Martigny – Verbier region, while promoting and deepening cross-sectional collaboration between different customer segments within the market and the region.
• Actively develop the market to acquire new customers, maintain existing relationships and develop them in the long term.
• Support teams in the effective management of day-to-day operational activities.
• Actively participate in cross-cutting working groups and projects, covering several segments and regions

The team With your team, you are responsible for the Martigny – Verbier market, including the Martigny and Verbier locations as well as their entire area of economic influence. You report directly to the Regional Manager and, along with the other Market Managers, you are part of the private customer management team of the region.

We carry out our Private Customer business with passion, with the ambition to be the leading banking partner of private customers in the region.

Your skills and experience

• A convincing leadership personality with several years of experience, able to motivate, inspire and continually develop its team.
• Higher education (university studies or business training supplemented by continuing training in business, banking or finance), as well as practical experience in the field of private customers.
• An excellent understanding of customer needs and a reputation for trusted interlocutor or interlocutor.
• A real pleasure to direct business activities, advise customers, develop sales and acquire new customers.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong decision-making capacity and a high degree of personal initiative.
• A constant desire to improve customer experience and fully exploit the opportunities offered by digitalisation.
• A network of relationships established in the region of Martigny, Entremont and Verbier, or the capacity and motivation to develop it quickly.
• The enthusiasm to contribute actively to the future of private customer activities in the Martigny – Verbier region and to represent UBS in the local market.
