Main responsibilities
- During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: Receive and refer bank customers Advise bank customers
- Support bank customers via digital channels Assist in advising customers
- Prepare and process banking transactions administratively
- In the various departments you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers.
- You can complete your training with us either in the EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational baccalaureate. Requirements: School-related:
- Completed district or secondary school with good grades
- Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written
- Requirements for learning two foreign languages
- With vocational baccalaureate: Very good performance at the highest school level, passed the entrance examination Personal: Sociable and communicative Enjoyment of learning Teamwork skills Reliability and precise work Open to new things Interests:
