Main responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces.
- Prepare and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Assist with linen management, including sorting, washing, ironing, storing, and distributing laundry.
- Monitor the condition of equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies in rooms and public areas.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.
- Assist with welcoming and directing guests when required.
