Role overview

<b>As the organizational centerpiece of the urological consultation, you take on a wide range of administrative and medical tasks.

They ensure a smooth process, coordinate appointments and support the urologist competently before, during and after the consultation.

</b> Tasks:

• Patient registration and first contact point of the urological consultation
• Administrative support in everyday practice
• Preparation and coordination of consultation hours
• Assistance of the urologist during the consultation and at consilies
• Co-responsibility for the organisation and the smooth running of the office hours Requirements
• Completed training as an MPA with some years of professional experience, ideally in the field of urology
• Good MS-Office user knowledge
• very good knowledge of German and medical terminology, other languages are advantageous
