• Hotel experience and community cuisine, an asset
• Knowledge of HACCP standards
• Organizational sense
• Autonomous but able to work as a team
• Rigourous, dynamic and responsible
• Good physical condition
• Oral and written understanding of French
• Category B driving licence (mandatory)
