Mansioni - Functional and hierarchical management of the administration (planning, coordination, accompaniment and competence development) - Ensuring efficient and uniform management for : construction and engineering projects: management of project documentation, contracts, organisation and follow-up of meetings, support of controlling, archiving - Ensuring efficient and uniform management for : real estate management: management of contract and property data, portfolio monitoring, reporting and KPI indicators - Ensuring efficient and uniform management for : Facility Management : Contract Management, CMMS/Ticketing System, Planning of maintenance work and prescribed checks, analyses and reports - Harmonization, optimization and digitization of administrative processes, documentation, templates and tools - Introduction, monitoring and further development of dashboards, reports and performance indicators for management - Close cooperation with project leaders, real estate and facility management and internal interfaces (finance, HR, IT, purchasing) - Active participation and co-responsibility in the management of the real estate department
Requisiti - Proven experience in a challenging management position in the administrative or operational field: ideally in the fields of construction, real estate or facility management - Completed degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Higher education in business, economics or equivalent training (Bachelor or Master) - Proven experience in team management and strong interest in the continuous development of employees and processes - Excellent IT skills (MS Office; of advantage: CMMS/Ticketing, real estate software, SAP, Messerli) - Embossed analytical, structured and conceptual thinking, service orientation and pragmatic approach to implementation - Very good communication skills in French and German, contact and professional appearance in decision-making bodies - German (very good knowledge) - French (very good knowledge)
