Specialist in land acquisition (70-100%) at the Department for Mobility in Customs and Brig

Their tasks

• They shall participate in the strategy for the acquisition and management of land and real estate for all the tasks of the Mobility Service. They shall participate in contacting, preparing reports and drawing up agreements. They take over the management and updating of the inventory of the land and properties as well as their financial follow-up.

Your profile

• You have technical training in the field of official surveying (Geomatic technician FA, Geomatician EFZ, etc.) with several years of professional experience Very good knowledge of common IT tools Practical experience in basic registry and knowledge of real estate market prices sociability, care and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team Excellent communication skills as well as sound negotiation skills native German with good knowledge of the second official language
