Your tasks

• Ensure all HR business processes related to the employees' life cycle, from commitment to completion of service reports Participate in recruitment processes by ensuring administrative management of procedures and follow-up of applications Manage HR deployments in different systems and ensure the quality and maintenance of staff data Manage processes related to working time and absences (illness, accident, leave, allowances and special cases) Advise and support managers and employees on HR administrative issues within your area of competence Contribute to HR projects, service cross-cutting activities and update user information

Your profile

• Holder of HR manager certificate or equivalent training
• Confirmed experience in the administrative management of human resources, ideally in a public administration or similar size organization Excellent control of HR processes and common IT tools; an experience of time management systems is an asset Editorial strength and ability to handle files rigorously, accurately and confidentially
• Organizational sense, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Spirit of collaboration, service orientation and ability to work with a variety of interlocutors Master's degree in oral and written French; knowledge of German is an advantage
