Coordinate its action with other districts and sections of the Gendarmerie, as well as with the Judicial Police and partners Managing the HR, administrative and financial aspects of the district Planning and conducting preventive and repressive actions Conducting large-scale operations and commitments to maintain order Guarantee the quality of the work at the service of the citizens as well as respect for the legal bases, internal directives and objectives set by the Command Ensure the execution of the requests of cantonal, national and international authorities

- Comprehensive police training (CC II conducted) Have attended or are willing to attend CAS CEP training Several years of command experience in a police force, including planning and conducting major engagements and interventions Very good knowledge of the procedures, the activity and the functioning of the gendarmerie and more broadly of the cantonal police of Valais Experience and competence in the judicial police as well as in the field of public security and the maintenance of law and order (manager in office in the MO) Development of human relations, communication and conflict management skills Interest in continuing training Flexibility, autonomy and high availability Ability to collaborate and work in the staff Faculty of adaptation, high capacity for work and very good resistance to stress Spirit of analysis, synthesis and ease of writing French mother tongue or perfectly bilingual Entry into office: and April 2027 Information:
