The Valais Hospital is looking for a: 50% Financial Collaborator for the supplier, inventory and capital unit Do you like to combine rigour, organizational sense and attention to detail?

From managing vendor invoices to tracking internal processes, you contribute to the reliability of our operations.

Mission: As an employee of the unit, you follow up on supplier accounts, as well as updates of the validation circuits of the various centres of the Valais Hospital.

In collaboration with a small team, you make payments from suppliers while ensuring the entry of accounts and expense centres of supplier invoices.

Your strong taste for processes and detail will be very helpful in creating and tracking our internal control system documents.

Profile

• SWC business employee or commercial maturity or training deemed equivalent;
• 3 years of experience in accounting;
• experience in hospital accounting an asset;
• ease with numbers and computer tools;
• spirit of collaboration and sense of communication;
• French mother tongue with very good knowledge of German.
